hell-o! ever wondered why is hello spelt as hello? perhaps there is a HOLE in HELL, so it ends up like HELL-O!
anyway, good luck for your english examinations! :D try to remember ms ng's voice repeating over and over again, those "you have to paraphrase..."... those "you need to add smell into your descriptive writing"
